Un taux de disponibilit\u00e9 de 80% signifie que sur 450 minutes planifi\u00e9es, 90 minutes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perdues en arr\u00eats non planifi\u00e9s \u2014 pannes, changements de s\u00e9rie non ma\u00eetris\u00e9s, attentes mati\u00e8re, d\u00e9marrages tardifs. Ce guide explique comment calculer le taux de disponibilit\u00e9, identifier ses causes de d\u00e9gradation et mettre en place les actions pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer durablement.<\/p>\n<h2>Formule du taux de disponibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"background:#f4f4f4;border-left:4px solid #EB352C;padding:12px 16px;border-radius:4px;\"><strong>TD = Temps de Production R\u00e9el \/ Temps de Production Planifi\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nSoit : TD = (TPP \u2212 Arr\u00eats non planifi\u00e9s) \/ TPP<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Temps de Production Planifi\u00e9 (TPP)<\/strong> est la dur\u00e9e du poste moins les arr\u00eats planifi\u00e9s : pauses contractuelles, maintenance pr\u00e9ventive programm\u00e9e, nettoyages CIP planifi\u00e9s, r\u00e9unions planifi\u00e9es. Ce n&rsquo;est <em>pas<\/em> la dur\u00e9e totale du poste.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Temps de Production R\u00e9el (TPR)<\/strong> est le TPP moins tous les arr\u00eats non planifi\u00e9s : pannes, attentes mati\u00e8re ou op\u00e9rateur, changements de s\u00e9rie, micro-arr\u00eats au-dessus du seuil d\u00e9clar\u00e9, arr\u00eats qualit\u00e9 impr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n<h2>Les quatre cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;arr\u00eats qui d\u00e9gradent le taux de disponibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Pannes et d\u00e9faillances machine.<\/strong> Arr\u00eats non planifi\u00e9s dus \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement. C&rsquo;est la cat\u00e9gorie la plus visible et la plus facile \u00e0 comptabiliser. En revanche, les pannes courtes (moins de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes) sont souvent sous-comptabilis\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes manuels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Changements de s\u00e9rie et r\u00e9glages.<\/strong> Toute la dur\u00e9e entre la derni\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce bonne de la s\u00e9rie pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et la premi\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce bonne de la nouvelle s\u00e9rie. Dans les environnements haute vari\u00e9t\u00e9, c&rsquo;est souvent la premi\u00e8re cause de perte de disponibilit\u00e9. Attentes et manques.<\/strong> Attente de mati\u00e8re, d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur, d&rsquo;un outil, d&rsquo;une gamme, d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4leur qualit\u00e9. Ces pertes sont fr\u00e9quemment non enregistr\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes manuels car les op\u00e9rateurs ne les consid\u00e8rent pas comme des \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eats machines\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
