TEEPTRAK was born out of an established observation following years of experience in strategy consulting applied to industrial operations: there is a real need for simple and accessible performance measurement tools to help factories understand their loss of daily performance. It is around this problem that the TEEPTRAK scale-up was built while applying the Lean manufacturing philosophy to its innovation. Today, TEEPTRAK is made up of around thirties employees in France and China and distributes its systems in France, Europe, the USA and Asia. Since 2016, TEEPTRAK systems have helped optimize the productivity of more than a hundred factories from various industrial backgrounds.
